The cover has been revealed for Back for Blood: Never Whistle at Night Part II, an anthology of Indigenous horror, which will be available August 18, 2026. This new anthology of dark fiction is edited by Shane Hawk and Theodore C. Van Alst, Jr. The anthology features twenty-one new stories from established and emerging Indigenous talent, with cover art and design by Perry De La Vega and illustrations by Cheyenne and Arapaho painter Brent Learned. The stories embrace both supernatural horrors and the everyday horror of living under colonialist rule. This selection of sinister stories includes twisted psychological tales and gore-filled monster hunts.
